Now Hiring: Commercial Cleaning Full-Range Technician

Enviro-Master is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaning Full-Range Technicians to be trained across all our service offerings.This is not just a job; it's a career with unique services, highly competitive pay, full benefits, and a pathway to professional growth. ROLE REVIEW:
- Restroom Deep-Cleaning: Perform our unique “Hard Reset” detailed cleaning and disinfection of commercial restroom fixtures using a company-provided service kit with state-of-the-art equipment, tools, and chemicals.
- Deep Scrubbing: Deep, “Hard Reset” cleaning (not stripping/waxing) of hard floors such as tile & grout, cement, and linoleum using power scrubbing and wet vac equipment.
- Dispenser Installation and Repair: Handle the installation and repair of state-of-the-art restroom dispensers, ensuring functionality and reliability.
- New Customer Service Installations: Serve as the primary technician for new customer service program installations, setting the standard for excellence.
- Support and Flexibility: Act as a floater/back-up for the weekly service route technician team and provide hourly support as needed for Operations Manager tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
- Handiness: Comfortable using tools and powered equipment.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills in English.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the work day.
- Reliability: Trustworthy, accountable, and able to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s License (DL): With a good driving record, and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
- Tech-Savvy: Must own a smartphone for routing tools.
- Education: A high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidates May Have Experience In:
- Cleaning/Janitorial: Including hotel housekeeping and general cleaning services.
- Landscaping: Experience in route-based landscaping and related services.
- Route/Delivery Services: Such as package delivery and supply chain roles.
- Pest Control: Specifically, route-based pest control technicians.
- Hospitality & Maintenance: Including kitchen staff, general maintenance, and service industry roles.
